Fees

Phoenix Family Law is committed to delivering exceptional legal support that’s transparent, efficient, and outcome-focused. We understand that family law matters often come with emotional complexity and financial stress and we have now started to implement fixed fees across all of our services, whether your matter involves negotiations, court proceedings, or completion of agreements reached by consent without lawyer-assisted negotiations.

Some matters involve just one or two stages whilst others have multiple stages that must be undertaken as we work towards a legally sound resolution. We may still only be able to provide an estimate of what your overall fees may be given each matter is unique, however the process will be broken down into smaller stages and the fees for each step of the process will be individually informed to you if and when that step is required. We will tailor the scope of each stage applicable to your matter thereby reducing or completely eliminating the need to charge hourly rates.

Clear, upfront pricing for each stage reduces any uncertainty as to how your legal fees may be accruing and allows you to focus on what truly matters: your family, your future, and a fair resolution.

We encourage you to call us to arrange your obligation-free 30 minute phone call where we can canvas your matter and personal circumstances.

** Please note that hourly rates may still be applied in your matter if you instruct us to undertake work that is outside of the scope of your matter or any particular stage.
